Friend Problems
So, me and my friend, we've been friends since 2nd grade, but she's starting to change and not for the better but I don't know how to tell her I don't want to be friends without hurting her. Help.

Hey there,
I understand that sometimes seeing people you've known for a long time changing into the type of people you dislike can sometimes be very hard to accept. Have you ever tried to understand why she suddenly changed? I understand that there isn't always a clear reason or explanation behind it, but since you've been friends with her for such a long time, maybe you could try to understand what happened instead of immediately shutting down.
Of course, if the conclusion you come up with is still to stop being friend with her, there's no problem at all with that :) Sometimes people just distance themselves when they want to stop being friend with someone, and the other person would notice and either just slowly back off or have a direct chat about it. You could also just sit down and have a serious chat with her about this change and how you can't really adapt and bare with her change. Maybe you could ask her to change back, or maybe you could just tell her that you will be distancing yourself for a period of time. I guess the phrase "I don't want to be friends with you anymore." is a bit too strong, so maybe "I'll distance myself for a period of time" is better.
Best of luck <3 wish you all the best

Thats great advice. But she's a really touchy person so me trying to distance myself would just make her really mad at me and I don't want to completely never talk to her again. Also, it's not like the change was that she started doing drugs or turned emo or started liking anime or something like that. She's snobby and rude and irresponsible and I feel like she's only friends with me because she wants to copy my hw.
Any advice?
