Friendships-staying in touch virtually

I've been living in another country for 4+ years now and have kept in close contact with family and close friends. With the pandemic now I've added all of my local friends to the list of who to message, voice message, and call...feeling overwhelmed and spread thin. Any tips??

Sometimes scheduling when your going to speak to each friend has been helpful for me as well.
