Friends with my ex

Its a nightmare more often than it isnt. Shes constantly upset over things I find trivial and I feel gaslighted but I also don't know how to deal with it because we have a dog together who lives with her so I want to keep this relationship as intact as possible.

I feel like I'm at the end of my rope with this bullshit. Are you friends with your ex? Does it work? HOW????
