Happy when you're down?
So this month marks 1 year since I was diagnosed with depression. I have been thriving at work, am living on my own and am working on being a better caretaker of myself. All in all I feel pretty good about my progress. But there is a group of people who seem to always want/expect me to be doing horribly. I can't figure it out. Initially they were pretty supportive in general. But now they treat me like I am go I to the hospital any minute. My sisters who have been there through all of it say they are so proud of me but this group of people just... They always assume the worst and it doesn't matter what I do. Has anyone ever dealt with this before? Do I really have to let them go? I don't want to be they are just relentless sometimes

Try to ignore them or else let them to go. You can also consult a voyante sérieuse who can guide you to make important life and future decisions. More on start meditation, it helps to keep the mind peaceful and lowers the depression. Always try to be happy no matter what the situation is.
