Having a hard time with people

I am an adult female with a teen in soccer! I was upset about something that happened on the team with a child and I vented to the wrong person. I feel like she is going around tarnishing my name now with other soccer parents. Today a mom told me that she was avoiding talking to many people because she felt there was to much drama so she avoided everyone. I felt like she was talking directly to me. I feel like I have had a lot of relationship issues and don’t know how to fix them! I never have been able to maintain friendships nor have I really wanted them! I have also burned to the ground many friendships I encountered or relationships I have had I have a lot of anxiety for how i am and wish I could change
