How do I make friends in college?

I started my freshman year of college in August and I still haven't made any friends. I've joined clubs and gone to events frequently to try to meet people but I still haven't had any luck. I even have a roommate but she and I don't get along. I feel so lonely here.

@Cat4624 What kinds of clubs did you join? Have you tried to chat with people in the club?

@Cat4624. you could try some meet up groups but depends if you have a car or not if not then keep joining clubs it takes time to develop friendships good luck in college and beyond.
