How do I repair my fallout ?
For context and backstory: I am close friends with 2 people (ex. Lucy and Hale - names changed). They have been there when I was down and hurt and vice-versa. Since last December, I have been hinting that I wanted to talk to them because I was feeling a bit low (in chats. We do phone calls once in a month/2 months). But they haven't responded and I learnt to keep it to myself. Then, January came and I wanted to go to a movie with Lucy (COVID was pretty low in our town at that time). She did not decline but instead, asked me to ask some of our other mutual friends if they'd accompany us. Since none of them agreed, she declined (she wasn't interested in the movie anyway because she hated the actor). Come opening night and Lucy watched a bootlegged copy of the movie with her family and was talking in the group-chat (Lucy, Hale and I) about how she'd like to call me and spoil the movie for me. Hale was egging her on to make the call. Something snapped inside me. I had been trying for a month to talk to them for a month and they said that they were busy or gave some reason and suddenly, to ruin my fun, they were ready to talk. I know that it is really petty but at that moment, something snapped. I was always the one to initiate the groupcall and chats., but at that moment, I felt all the affiliations and ties I had to them severed. I still have affection and love for them, but I don't talk to them on a frequent basis, apart from the occasional birthday call and sending memes.
I have been dodging their requests to have a group video call with them for the past month and a half. (I work 44-55 hours a week with multiple phone calls in a day. I feel that it's draining to have another 2 hour video call in the days that I'm off work). I feel guilty for avoiding them because they have been there for me during some tought times, but at the same time, I don't feel the need to pursue the friendship. I am cool with the once-in-3 months talk, but nothing more than that. I haven't given any indication that I have been feeling this way to them and I want to mend the relationship from my end or atleast, get rid of the resent and anger from my end. How do I go about doing that?
FYI: We're all 23F and two of us hold a full-time job.

Thank you for sharing and being so open about your story. It sounds as if you're in a good place on your own with whatever happens. That is great. It seems if you still have any lingering respect for the others (and it seems you do) that explaining your situation to them wouuld be the natural next step.
You're in a liberating situation now where you have the strength inside you to be free to speak openly and there is nothing they can do to hurt you. You have your life, and they may choose to accept what you wish from them.
I believe in you.
