I don't know how to handle the situation

I have a friend that I met a fee years ago and since then I've kinda joined her group of friends, I'll call her E and the others G A and M. M has really helped me because she feels the same way I do, we both feel like E has been really cranky and rude and while I have approached her a few times about how she's treating me she said that she was just tired and that she didn't really mean anything. The main problem is that if I say something she always contradicts it and then if I just drop it after that she just won't stop and keeps going until I feel terrible. She has made me feel like I am a terrible person but everytime I talk to M she has told me that it's just E's fault and that I'm doing nothing wrong. I'm just not sure how to handle the situation, i feel like if I tell her we can't hang out then it will ruin my relationship with everyone in the group and make things worse with her. She is really good at keeping grudges and holds on to anything that I've done in the past. If anyone has any input or is in a similar situation that would help.

I been in a relationship for almost 4 years. He drinks almost every weekend and sometimes when he gets to drinking to much he likes to aggravate me. He then blames it all on me. About 2 weeks ago he did this and I got in my car and I went for a drive. I simply could not handle it anymore. I am depressed and so stressed out that I just want to scream most days. I feel very nervous when I am around him anymore like I can not say anything right. I have no family near me and I am just at a loss of what to do anymore. He is never wrong about anything and always puts the blame on others. I am beginning to think I am living with a narcissist! I cry myself to sleep alot,I have gained so much weight from being stressed. I am just at a loss anymore. Does anyone have any advice? Thank You

Hey! I'm so sorry about all that. That's all seems to be overwhelming. I can understand when you can't stand it anymore. You have been so patient all those 4 years. I'm so sorry he put everything on you and doesn't admit he was wrong in something. It seems more hurtful when you feel you don't have family or friends around. What have you tried to prevent what he is doing with you?

You have probably got a pretty good handle on everything by now, however, I have found sometimes (emphasize on the somestimes) conversations are necessary for boundaries to get set. In some instances, space for a period of time could prove effective, before a decision is made. I also really like seeing the perspective of everyone involved if possible. Some people do not react well to rigid rules, and/or guidelines, especially if what if is said is used to terminate the friendship forever. If there is a glimmer of hope that you and E could be friends in the future, I would be really careful what you say. You could just focus on E if you are not comfortable sharing about yourself. That is actually a really clear boundary in and of itself sometimes.
