I’m overwhelmed
I have a friend I’ve known about 2 years almost. She has asked me to live with her in the recent months along with her 2 yr old for help and stuff I agreed because I know a single parent job is tough. Lately there’s been a financial hole I been in and I try to pay the half of rent but she gets upset when I don’t have enough. I have to work around her schedule because she has a business as well a job so I would have to only work from home. I feel drained because a toddler is nerve wrecking along with upcoming bills. I feel awful to pack my things but I don’t want to be a terrible friend.
If she's a good friend of yours, I would hope she would be able to see how you're being affected by this and not think of you as a selfish or terrible friend because you are not. If it is becoming too much for you to handle, leaving may be a good thing.
