My friend likes me

So I am a 25 year old female and my friend who is a male and who is( 24 just turned 24) just confessed to liking me we known each other since high school of juinor year for me . I forgot what grade he was in when I met him, but he is sending me flirty texts which feels really nice since its been ages since ive liked someone that doesn't invlove dating sites which are scary sometimes and or sketchy , I wasn't really expecting this hapepn he told me he liked me since a little after his split up with his ex during the holiday season of 2018 is when he was starting to like me, but he didn't give me any signs he would sometimes check on me and ask me what i am doing we talk about pretty much anthing under the sun including sexual topics but i slowed down on that. he doesn't judge me i am just wondering if I have been completely oblvious this whole time or did I miss any signs he may have been trying to show but me having aspergers sometimes makes it hard for me to tell if a guy likes me or not thanks .
