I've got a lot back home

I went school with them

I went to uni with them

They have been there for me

When my family weren't

Which is a lot of the time

And I haven't seen them in years

I'm reluctant to get back in touch

BUT I WILL

But looking through Facebook yesterday

made me realise that they are the people that have risen me up

Than bring me down

Play toxic games

Lie to me

Make me feel like a portion of myself
