Right or wrong?

I made a mistake with one friend that I genuinely regret and our other common friend told me how she is mad and I trusted her with some insecurities of my and she told me they were an act that was getting old and that I need to grow up im hurt and lost on what to do honestly,please do share your opinions I'll be thankful to read them and get some kind of advice
