Trouble making and keeping friends

I'm 27. I always had a hard time making friends and maintains friendships. I can now count on one hand who I consider a friend... is it just me? I get so sad seeing girls my age have all these girlfriends and large bridal parties. I can't even think twice about it. I can never have that.
