Hey thank you for reply. I do not know where to start. I have nobody to talk. Just wanted to ask my ex broke up with me 8 month ago (4th of August 2025) it was long distance relationship. We broke up because of her misunderstanding. I was in touch with her for few months after break up. We stayed in contact till December 25th 2025 it was cold and warm conversation sometimes. Then I left email to her for good note. I was keep coming back and going in her life after that. I begged plead with her to talk with me it. Then I thought I should give her space and did not talked to her for 3 months. Thought thing's will get little better during that period I focused on my self growth which I did pretty much good progress. When I brok my silence on 12th may and email her goodwill email will low pressured email I did get any response from her. I did everything to get her back but it did not worked as it's planned. I'm losing all hope. I made such a Go progress but after this hard work I didn't get the expected results

Not it dragging me to old version of me. I'm too confused and can't even let her go. it's not addiction or obsession. It just true love. She's single and I haven't looked anyone else then her yet. We do not have any social media or mutual friends. Just email.

Idk what to do 😞

I cannot understand how devastating this silence feels, but please remember that the incredible progress you made over those three months belongs entirely to you, it wasn't just wasted because you didn't get the outcome you hoped for. You have poured your heart out, begged, given space, and sent a final message, which means you have left absolutely nothing on the table and have no reasons left to look back with "what ifs". As painful as it is, her silence is your answer, and it is time to stop reaching out so you can protect your own peace and sense of self. Love is a beautiful capacity to have, but right now, you need to redirect that profound care and energy back into yourself, accepting this silence as the closure you need to finally stop waiting and start healing.

Thank you. I'm trying with my everything but memories keep pulling me back to her again. I thought it will become normal but I feel same as I felt day one of the breakup. I'm still attached so much 😞
