ADHD caused breakup, in fear of not knowing what to do

My girlfriend just broke up with me a week ago, and she said we are still friends and believes in me and when I said if she could reconsider if I fixed my ADHD that caused communication issue between us, that led to breakup. But she has restricted me from looking at her story, possibly deleted me from contacts and not messaging for a week and a half.

I have no idea what should I do right now, I know I have to give her time before she could communicate, but I'm just afraid we will eventually broke the connection between us. For someone that promised this to be a date to marry relationship, I'm in strong fear of losing her.

I just don't know how long would she only be available in order to contact? The uncertainty inside this is constantly giving me stress, even though I did things to distract myself.

Hey, @DepressedXavier.

Don't take this the wrong way, but from what it sounds like she doesn't plan on getting back together. Just from personal experience, I also had a relationship with someone who I told I would marry someday. They broke up with me a couple months later. But they said the same thing- that they still wanted to be friends, but I haven't heard from them in almost a year. It sucks, and it still hasn't gotten better. I know that some things aren't meant to be fixed, but if this was a quick decision for her, maybe she didn't love in the first place. And I'm so sorry- it feels awful, I know. I know it's one of the worst pains in the world. I'm really sorry you're going through this, you deserve better. I won't tell you "move on" or "there are other fish in the sea" because while those can be important, it's not helpful right now. Not in this slightest.

I'm sure she loved me...

From all the reactions she made when she's together with me she's genuine, but I just take the fact that she's very unlikely leaving me forever...
