Abusive toxic parents
Hello I need some help... I'm 20 years old....My parents are really toxic...My father has anger management issues...the other day he abused be verbally, all of the derogatory curses he knew he throwed at me out of nowhere...he loves belittling me... He even said to me never call me your father... your father is dead...my mother takes his side too ... before anyone says me to move out leave them...I want to say it's not easy for everyone... coming from a country where woman rights are taken away from them...where patriarchy misogyny is so high... it's really difficult

I get what you mean, it can be annoying when people say move out, if only it were they easy.
Unless people go through this, they'll never understand the daily battles you face.
And the strength it takes to get through 🩷
The emotional toil it takes.
I'm sorry also women aren't respected as they should be 🩷
It's important to know everything your father says is wrong, a reflection on him and not you.
Find a quiet space just for you and zone out completely, listen to music , but always remind yourself , I am important, I matter, nothing they say is true 🩷
