Hiya @blackswan404, Thank you for sharing this. It sounds like you’re dealing with a mix of confusion, frustration and maybe even a bit of sadness around your relationship and your body, and I’m really sorry you’re going through that. You’re not alone in this at all.

About the first part of your post, not everyone feels pleasure from penetration. It’s actually really common for people to only feel pleasure from external stimulation rather than internal. Bodies are different, and there’s nothing “wrong” or unusual about you for not feeling much from penetration. If it’s something that worries you or affects your wellbeing, you can always speak with a doctor or a sexual health professional who can give you proper guidance, but please know it’s a very normal experience for many people.

It seems like you are managing a lot, particularly around not feeling attraction for your husband anymore. Losing attraction can happen for lots of reasons, stress, relationship issues, emotional distance, or just changes over time. It doesn’t make you a bad person, and it doesn’t mean you’re broken. It just means something in the relationship or in your emotional world needs attention and care.

You’re allowed to talk about this here without feeling judged. If you want to share more about what’s been weighing on you, please do feel free to use the forums or request a 1:1 chat with a listener 💜

@blackswan404 It can take some time to find out what works for you, and what you enjoy during intercourse. Everyone is unique and what works for one person may not work for another. You're not alone in this, and some people find taking the time to determine what makes you happy/makes you feel good can be useful to support with having intercourse with others 💜

First of all, what you're experiencing is actually a lot more common than people talk about, so please don't feel like there is something "wrong" with you.

Biologically, many women do not achieve *** through penetration alone. For a lot of us, clitoral stimulation, foreplay, and feeling deeply relaxed or connected are essential to actually reaching that point.

When it comes to lost attraction, it's often a bit of a cycle—when intimacy feels unfulfilling or stressful, it's completely natural for emotional and physical attraction to fade over time.

My best advice would be to take the pressure off penetration for a while. Try exploring what feels good to you individually or together through foreplay, without the immediate goal of intercourse. If you feel comfortable, an open, gentle conversation with your husband about what you need might help. Talking to a sex therapist or a doctor can also give you tailored guidance and help you reconnect with your body without any judgment.

You're definitely not alone in this—give yourself some grace while you figure it out. ❤️
