I’m in a similar position. My boyfriend and I are feeling like we need to separate and it’s probably for the better but it hurts me more than I knew could happen. I just want you to know you’re not alone and I truly believe it will get better ♥️

Yeah me too. Friends for a while before and together for over five years. It feels unbearable now but I know it’ll get better. Do you have a support system around? It helps me so much when I hang out with my sister. I’m sitting alone in my thoughts right now and I feel like I’m spiraling. So I understand how you might be feeling it’s brutal

I'm really sorry to hear that you're going through this right now. Breakups can be incredibly painful, and it's completely normal to feel overwhelmed by those emotions. It can be really hard to stop loving someone, especially when you've invested so much into the relationship.

It might help to give yourself some time and space to grieve. Allow yourself to feel those emotions without judgment. Talking to someone supportive, like a friend, family member, or a counselor, can also be beneficial. Sometimes sharing your feelings can lighten the burden and provide perspective.

It's important to take care of yourself during this time. Focus on activities that bring you comfort and peace, whether it's spending time with loved ones, engaging in hobbies you enjoy, or practicing self-care routines.

Healing takes time, and it's okay to feel how you feel. You're not alone in this, and with time and support, you will find a way to navigate through this difficult period. Take care of yourself, and reach out for help whenever you need it.
