Breakup with avoidant partner

My Gemini boyfriend broke up with me but didn’t tell me why until after the breakup. He’s a fearful avoidant. He just wants space and to be friends but saw me three times post breakup.

I didn’t realize how much my actions hurt him and how sensitive he is

he won’t sleep with me bc he said he feels emotionally not in sync anymore sex isn’t trivia to him

he is the love or my life but my parter dying before him brought me ptsd and I didn’t say I appreciated him and it hurt him
