Cheating

I have recently found out that my boyfriend cheated on me for a second time. Even though he’s shown steps to changing it’s still hard to get past the fact.

🥺

I'm sorry he cheated on you again.

You don't deserve that.

Ultimately you have to have an honest conversation with yourself, is the work he's putting in enough.

Why did he continue to do it.

You deserve someone who puts you first.

Who you can trust.

Have fun with.

Feel safe with.

Don't allow for him to make you a door mat, take you for granted or excuse his behaviour.

Theres no justification for cheating 💜💕

Of course it is hard to get past.    Do you want to get past it?

@conscientiousJet6401It’s very understandable that you’re struggling to move past the second time he cheated. Trust is hard to rebuild after betrayal. Even if he is trying to change, your feelings of hurt and doubt are valid. Take time to focus on what you need to feel safe and respected. It’s okay to set boundaries and ask for honesty and consistency. Consider talking to a counselor alone or together to help process and decide what’s best for you. If you want, I can help you figure out what to say to him or how to care for yourself right now.
