Confused and stressed

I am in a long distance relationship. It's been about 5 months and still I feel alone. He says he does a lot for me but I can't feel it. I feel I am the problem, it's me who is the cause of every fight we have, I feel useless, worthless and doubt myself at every point. I have stopped saying what I used to feel. I feel trapped. I really need to talk to someone. I have no one to share my feelings with and it's making me stressed. I am having sleepless nights and I am always crying.

Please if someone can help me. Just need a genuine friend who can tell me if I am wrong or what's going on exactly. I really don't know if what I am thinking is truth or what he is saying is.

I'm so sorry to read things like this, and I understand how difficult your situation is. I'd like to encourage you, because it's not as much your fault as you think. Let me explain. Long-distance relationships are complicated, especially if you've never seen each other, and sometimes your perception of the relationship can be distorted. He thinks he's doing everything, and you think it's not enough. And you can't agree on something because you're far away. Add to this different personalities, possible incompatibilities, and some everyday aspects of your partners, and there you have it. It's not your fault that you feel this way. It's normal, because you can't see the person in person, say something, and hear a response. Besides, you can consciously lower the bar for your loved one. But maybe he really isn't that active. In any case, there are many nuances here, and they really do have an objective impact. Don't blame yourself. You have the right to ask for attention. You have the right to express it. You have the right to feel important and needed. If he doesn't give you that, it might not just be because of the format of the relationship. But that's none of my business. I want you to believe in yourself and value yourself. In a relationship, the blame is always shared equally. So try to be strong and confident, don't remain silent or tolerate it if things are difficult. And keep your head up!

Thank you for your words. It means a lot, I was asked to not share my feelings bcoz he doesn't like it when I am sad, he leaves when I cry bcoz he hates to see me crying, he wants us to take a break bcoz we fight a lot. I don't know what to do in these kind of situations. It's my first relationship and I don't know how things work but I am just trying to make everything right but it doesn't happen and then I feel I am expecting a lot. My feelings, my overthinking, my expectations, my sensitive nature, everything feels like my fault. I just don't know what is right or wrong here anymore.
