Confusion for relationship

if a boy doesn't have feelings for a girl who loves him madly .... But still remembers smallest than smallest things girl has disclosed him from starting of their friendship .... Also he accepted the other girl after this one who is madly in love with her ... Whenever the first girl used to tell him for another boy giving her proposal he used to get angry from the girl and stop talking to her .... And now in meeting of boy with girl he says that I don't have feelings for you but I respect your love for me and I am thankful for your love you have for me .... Please tell what should I understand 🙏
