Dealing with relationship

He is my coursemate and I love him so much. Though we talk as friends but I haven't really told him I love him because I am a boy too. I don't know if he will like it when I tell him. I don't know whether to tell him or not to and also not to make a public announcement to the class that I am gay.. because I don't really look like gay..

We're both in 100lvl pharmacy

But once, we discussed about something before I knew him.. he was saying that he would rather not beat a gay than beat a thief.

But since we become friends he's really nice.. he doesn't even react even though sometimes he kind of see that I am acting off like a man.. like we stare at each other's eyes.. but I don't really know if he hasn't realized yet.. or maybe he is justing taking it as normal and I don't know if I confess my feeling to him how he will feel. What's your advise please
