Hello beautiful souls!
For almost 15 years I was used and emotionally abused by a guy who, I’m only starting to realize and understand this now, has an avoidant attachment.
He would leave me (“force himself” to break up with me, I’m using his own words) and then come back to me to only repeat the cycle once again.
I’m finally realizing this and I will never let him hurt me again.
Dealing with grief and shame right now.
