Do i still stand a chance? Is it worth give it one more try?

My gf break up with me because she tired of me not communicating with her, not making future plans or making progress of getting together with her (long distance relationship) , but I’m currently going thru financial difficulties and set backs. But I so inlove with her. First time experience love for my entire life. And i really don’t want to give up. Even though she told me don’t contact her again. Our last phone call was emotional and she said she love me and will miss me. I really don’t want to give up on her.
