Dump

So I need help I should be able to forget someone who dump me.

Last December 2025 I get back with my ex not literally in a relationship, but we agreed to meet on February this year, I said yes hoping we are going to get back to having a serious relationship unfortunately I later found out he only wants sex and have fun and nothing serious but I already booked the flight and went to see him I flew to Malaysia hoping someone will change, after that meet up we didn't really have deep conversations, I ask him what are we cause I don't wanna keep going without directions and he said he doesn't want anything serious cause he doesn't want to fight or argue, on some point we agreed to take things slow. Things goes well don't fight but I can't voice out how I really feel, whenever I do he'd said drama started. Last weekend I asked him if he could make time he said he'll try, so Monday he barely talked to me I reached out on Tuesday he said was busy with work, and things get heated up yesterday he said drama started I don't like when he said I'm creating drama instead of understanding where I'm going through so I told him "if U think that's drama think again, it's pretty obvious U don't like me, that's why U don't talk to me, don't try make excuses Ur busy all the time, if U wanna make time U make time no excuses, that's reality not drama, and he responded 'its okay stop this and end this, I don't want headache like this, enjoy your time whoever giving 24/7 attention online'

So he dump me just like that, oh yeah he doesn't have any social media except X and we don't call just messaged cause he hates call as he said and he's a divorced guy as he said, last 2024 when he asked for space I was on suicidal couldn't sleep and eat for a month now i don't wanna to go back to that, I'm scared and can't stop overthinking it's affecting me on daily basis
