Reach out for support, talk things out with supportive people, find distractions like music, dance, exercise, chores, etc. Try to have fun, give yourself rewards...

I hope that this year will be better for you and that you continue to advance and nourish your future...

You are loved by others i'm sure.  Keep the faith and you'll be fine.  We're here for you.

I’ve been in a similar position just a few months ago, I would say try to focus on things that makes you YOU!

Try to reconnect with your passions, build on yourself, and of course I get how it’s like when you can’t get over that one person, it’s like almost the only thing that you can’t think of and it really does bother people a lot. Try to connect with new people, or connect with friends, that would help a lot.

Getting over someone is hard, and there isn’t a switch you can flip—but there are things that genuinely help. Here’s what I’d do:

Let it out and let yourself feel it

Don’t rush the healing. Sadness, anger, confusion, even missing them—those feelings are normal. Trying to suppress them usually makes them last longer.

Create some distance and stop idealizing the past..

Focus on yourself and put energy back to yourself

Lean on the other people:

Talk to friends, family, or someone you trust. You don’t have to carry it alone, and hearing other perspectives can ground you.
