Help please

Hey, I’m going through a rough time right now. My girlfriend basically broke up with me but said we’re taking a break so she can ‘find herself’ and figure things out. And I just don’t get it, man, like does she not see how much this is hurting me too? I’m still putting in all this effort every day to try and keep her, and I’m getting nothing back. No love, no effort on her end. It feels like she’s completely checked out and it’s really messing me up. Honestly, it’s gotten so bad that I feel like if she’s not staying with me, I don’t even want to be here. But the worst part is I have no one to talk to about it because my friends and family are Muslim and they’d just judge me or punish me if they knew what was going on. I feel so stuck.
