We had a really nasty fight a couple weeks ago and he ended up telling me that he was actually talking to multiple other people but when I questioned him about it, he said he was only just having normal friendly conversation no flirting or anything sent. I did ask him to show me, but he said he couldn’t which I found very weird and when I asked, he wouldn’t even give me any names. He just said he blocked them right before that. A couple days ago another fight spiked and He went off saying how he doesn’t love me anymore and calling me all the names that I never wanted to hear again. I don’t know if he changed his password, but he probably has. He told his mom everything that has happened between me and him and with my mother and what she’s done and his mom is trying to convince him to completely block me and this entire family and walk away.

I need advice on what to do.

I know I should leave but we have a baby together and it’s harder said than done. I have done wrong in our relationship as well like I have lied And at the beginning of a relationship, I was trying to end a situation with another guy while talking to him so I am no saint by any means either.

He likes to gaslight and manipulate me into feeling like my feelings don’t matter when I try to express what he’s doing and how it’s making me feel it turns around back on me because he gets annoyed when I bring up the same thing over and over again.

I really don’t need an attack on me. I just need advice based on someone else’s perspective on this and not just close friends.. thank you

I'm not going to attack you 💕

We are all human and make mistakes.

But gaslighting , lying and manipulating are not mistakes.

They are choices.

Him calling you names is a choice.

And it's not justified.

You are the mother of his child.

Where's the respect?

I'm not telling you what decision you should make, but I think you deserve to work things through for your baby, but they doesn't have to mean as romantic partners.

It could be civil and kind for your child.

You deserve trust, respect, communication and someone who respects his own child enough to be kind to his mother 💕💜

sounds frustrating.

no one ever wins the fight.   the energy of the fight is real.  it has a life of its own.

one person tells something and the other must defend or disagree.  if one side or the other will stop,  the fight will loose energy and it will stop.

winning is not a win.   if you can just stop,  don't defend verbally.  the fight will loose energy and stop.  you will feel like you lost because he will have the last words.  really you win,  as you can carefully watch and understand what he is saying if you don't react.    then later you can think about it.
