How do I break up with someone???

I have been feeling unfulfilled in my relationship for a few months. I express my feelings to him but constantly get dismissed. Simple things I have to ask for and often get shut down or made feeling guilty for asking or not wanting to go out because all decisions land on me. There is unequal sharing of tasks around the house and there is more stress on me as the only driver. Due to being a student I can’t afford to live on my own. Would it be weird to not be in a relationship and still live together? How do I tell someone I don’t want to be in a relationship anymore???
