How to find a life partner?
Hello everyone. I am jobless at the moment. And I want to be in relationship with someone. But because I don't meet anyone in my life, there is literally no one I can talk to. I'm longing for a serious relationship. Recently, I made a huge progress in my career. I will travel Germany for improving my career path. I will start a job there. But in my new workplace, there is no one from my country. I want to date only someone from my country which in my case is difficult even to find. This causes me moderate anxiety.

Hello and welcome to 7 Cups 😊
From your message it seems as if your personal life and professional life were two rivers flowing into quite opposite directions. Plus some possible pitfalls of going abroad, especially if you are going to be there alone.
Going abroad to get a job, but at the same time knowing there will be no one to meet there? Due to language, culture or religious reasons?
On the other hand, from my experience, while meeting someone new it feels much better to have even a modest job than to introduce with words "Hello. My name is... I'm from... I am workless at the moment" 😕
Are you navigating straight into a relationship and/or marriage? Or also considering things like friendship or some small talk with colleagues?
Hello. To be honest, I can speak their language. But I don't want to be in relationship with them, because my parents want me to be in relationship with someone only from my country. I want to follow their wishes because it's kind of better to be in relationship with someone who speaks your mothertongue, who comes from the same culture like you. But, I am afraid I won't find someone there who is from my country. My family members are not interested in finding me someone as well. My mom, especially, gets angry whenever I say to her I wanna marry.
Congratulations on your new career path!
My advice would be to spend 2 years in your new career and do well, while spending your free time on self-improvement (for example, using the resources available at 7Cups). At the end of the 2 years, you will have skills and experience that you can bring to your home country and begin building a life there.
Thank you for your advice. 🙏
