How to get over a breakup quick
1 month ago my ex broke up with me after 1 year of relationship and within 1 week he got together with his girl bestfriend and blocked me from *** even now ive not moved on. I keep randomly crying and wondering about them and today i saw a picture of them together they looked happy together wearing matching cloths and all. It destroyed me i don't know how can someone change so quickly i still cant even imagine someone else in his position but for him it was really easy to replace and move on withoutany hint of sadness or remorse. I don't know how to get over this. It just hurts really bad. I need some advice..

But you do and in time , I hope you'll heal and meet someone who treats you as you should be treated
I wouldn't prolong your pain by looking at any pictures of them both together 💛

Hi I'm new here and it's also my first posting anything. So sorry to hear of how he treated you. It is painful. I'm also going through the same thing but the other way around. I broke up with him after I realised he was using me and keeping me along for when he was bored. I blocked him but I am going through such emotions wondering if I did the right thing blocking him and wondering if he is thinking about me. Hang in there and let us give time to the process, it will get better. I have walked this journey countless times before. It gets better with time
