I am being abused sexually

Hi, I’m a girl who was already living away from her country, minding her own business. One day, my family decided to get me married to a man I didn’t choose. He lives abroad as well, so I had to move to a completely different country.
Now, I am being sexually abused every single time. I believe certain things should only happen with consent. I have severe pain and a burning sensation down there. There is no consent—forced sex, slapping, biting, licking. I just want to run away.
But since I just moved here, I don’t have a job, and I’m forced to stay here and experience this torture. I have nobody to reach out to or confess to. Why am I being made to go through this kind of pain?
