I can’t wait to leave Pt 1 bc I typed ALOT
So I’m almost an adult and know I’m starting to realize that my parents aren’t perfect which is normal for everyone but now I’m starting to think that they are emotionally immature.
My father is a nice man yet he has little bit of sexist ideals; was a terrible bf could even do the bare minimum. And lowkey wasn’t there for me emotionally when I needed him. When I would cry he would get really upset at me for showing emotion or in late elementary school he wouldn’t spend time with me sometimes though I begged him to. He shows clear favoritism towards my little sister because she’s younger too. And honestly like I said he was a terrible bf to my mom he really wasn’t there for her was there for her called her names couldn’t even help with groceries or children birthday parties and more… I love him but sometimes I feel as he is a idiot and is emotionally stunted person but yet he also nice??? idk.
Sometimes I just wished that he was there for me more yk?
Pt 2 Then there’s my mom. I love her so much, she used to be my best friend when I was little but the older I get the more I feel as if she is emotionally immature. For an example today when I just woke up I finally had noticed that there were groceries in the pantry and fridge bc we really needed some so I looked and she joked “none of there are for you!!!” I ignored her then tried to look in the fridge she blocked me while laughing so I said excuse me numerous times because I also had to go to the bathroom. So she like I forgot ur so moody I’m not gonna talk to you for 3 days…. So now she’s been making my sister talk to me for her and honestly I feel like she needs to *** grow up calling me moody just for not laughing at her unfunny jokes? Not to mention the same thing happened yesterday when she was joking calling me dirty so I was just saying “mhm” just ignoring her then she went in the way of the tv she I just went back on my iPad then she said “oh I was just joking, I forgot you are on your period!!”
