That's the hardest pain when we don't get any warning or answers and the rug is just pulled from underneath us. Because we got no answers, we fill in the blanks ourselves, often wrongly. They left, that's not a reflection on you. You deserve better and as hard as it is, you will only heal if you stop looking at the memories and let go, you deserve someone who shows up 💜💕
