I need help and thankful for every single comment.

I was in the difficult situation where my gf told me that she needs time to heal and broke up with me because of a mistake I did. So I gave her the time.

And after 3 weeks (yesterday) she told me that she wants to complete break up.

And while she would say "you where a wonderful experience" I'd say "you where everything" .

We got this thing together we believed extremely in the "soulmate" thing. And now she told me that there's no such thing as "soulmate" and "universe"

And that just hurts so much. I understand her reasons and that she can't forgive that mistake (it wasn't cheating since it sounds like that, I could never cheat on her or on anybody)

And we texted every single night "goodnight I love you" and firstly she wanted to continue doing this but I asked her why if she decided to fully break up and then she told me that we should stop doing that.

I feel so terrible (the basic break up pain I'd say but I'm so alone I got no friends it's ***) but I've never felt that what I felt when I was with her. We know each other for so long

I don't want to believe that she doesn't want to forgive me or work on ourselves

It hurts HELP

@communicativeApple9560 I'm really sorry to hear you're going through a tough time. Breakups are hard, especially when it's someone you care a lot about. It's okay to feel sad and confused right now.

Here are a few things you might find helpful:

1. **Take Time to Feel Sad:**
It's okay to feel sad and miss the relationship. Give yourself time to go through these feelings; it's a normal part of getting better.

2. **Talk to Someone You Trust:**
Even if you feel alone, try talking to a friend or family member you trust about what you're going through. Sharing your feelings can make things a bit easier.

3. **Consider Talking to a Professional:**
If things get too hard, it's okay to talk to a counselor or therapist. They're trained to help people through tough times like breakups.

4. **Take Care of Yourself:**
Make sure you're eating well, getting enough sleep, and doing things you enjoy. Taking care of yourself physically and emotionally is important.

5. **Be Patient with Yourself:**
Healing takes time, so be patient with yourself. You don't have to rush through your emotions.

6. **Think About the Relationship:**
Spend some time thinking about the relationship and why it ended. Understanding what happened can help you move forward.

7. **Understand It's Over:**
It's tough, but accepting that the relationship is over is an important step in feeling better.

Remember, it's okay to ask for help, and it's okay to take the time you need to feel better. Breakups are hard, but with support, you can come out stronger on the other side. If your feelings get too overwhelming, consider talking to a professional for extra help.
