I don't know what's wrong with me

It's been 30 days I was doing okay then suddenly yesterday I get desperate and wanted to talk to him so bad even though i know he doesn't wanna talk to me coz he clearly mentioned it before. But I could not control myself and texted him, begging him to talk to me. I don’t know if I have self respect or not .
