Hello @Tristona✨
I am truly sorry that you are going thru this… please try to think about yourself first and focus in yourself. I understand that this is very difficult, specially with an old Mother, but just try to think for a moment that she is very old, frustrated, alone too… she is not really thinking in what she is telling you
You are a beautiful human being that deserves respect and care…please give yourself a little time each day, you are important✨
Sending good energy your way✨
My cousin gave me the same advise: put myself first. Unfortunately, last time I tall with her she bloqueated me form ***, this was so much for her to hear, I'm sad for that, she has a dougther with My same age, she talked to me like a mother but now she doesn' t want to tall me anymore. :(
I am sorry to read this @Tristona
We are a great community here and we can support you from the distance✨
Please try to practice everyday to think about yourself, what does your body need, what does your mind need…create space for you 😊✨
Sending lots of good energy your way✨
@Tristona
I'm really sorry you're going through all of this.
You don't deserve to be treated like that, especially by someone who's supposed to love and protect you. What you've been enduring sounds terrifying, exhausting, and incredibly painful both physically and emotionally. No one should ever have to face threats, violence, or such cruelty, especially when you're already giving so much of yourself to care for someone.
It’s not your fault. Her words and actions are not a reflection of you or your worth. They are her struggles, her pain and they are hurting you deeply, unfairly. You are doing your best in an impossible situation, carrying a burden that would break even the strongest people.
You are strong for surviving it. You are brave for still reaching out, for still wanting to be understood, even when it feels like no one sees the full truth of what you are going through. I see it and I believe you.
Please, don't let her cruelty make you doubt your own value. You deserve kindness, safety, and peace. You are not alone, even though it feels like it. There are people out there who would care, who would understand, who would want to help you heal from this.
You are important. Your pain matters. And you deserve a life that doesn’t hurt like this.
I'm proud of you for surviving this far. I really mean that.
You are stronger than you even realize.
You still have so much ahead of you and it doesn’t have to be like this forever.
If you want, I can help you find some ideas for support or just stay here and listen. Whatever you need.
I'm here.
