It's a strength that you've been so open and honest.

It's not easy being in love.

And giving that part of yourself to someone.

It's important to listen to your partner.

Respect their boundaries and what they want.

To give them their space .

Respect their feelings

We can all get jealous but as hard as it is if someone wants to do something , they will anyway, you have to trust her or there's no point.

You have to believe in what you have

Be fun.

Be spontaneous.

Be kind .

Dont be the one to push her away 💛

i used to have these problems too, i couldn’t bear to even think about my partner having fun without me.

Congrats, the first step is already done, you’ve realised that this is a thing you should change, if you really do care about your partner.

What really helped me the most was talking it out with them - although that sounds hard. Simply talking about it always helps, just make it clear to them that you are gonna try and correct this.

Try and notice what triggers this jealousy and always remind yourself what you actually know, instead of what you fear is happening.

The truth is our brain likes to cause drama and oftentimes overcomplicate situations. Jealousy calms down, when you stop treating every anxious thought like it’s real.

Don’t jump to conclusions. I know that sounds hard, it is hard. But each time you feel anxious, sit with the feeling for a bit. Go and focus on yourself - listen to music, do the things that make you happy.
