Im so sick of my siblings and thinking of running away

I don't know what I did wrong to them, or why they hate me so much. I have one brother and one sister, we used to be inseparable. But once they got older, they began to bond with each other.

Now i'm left in the dust. I'm ridiculed, harassed, ignored, and I honestly don't know what to do. My school counselor is garbage, I can't go up to them because I know they will just make things worse.

My sister is incredibly two faced, whenever she's alone around me she seems nice and caring and whatnot, but the moment she's with my brother she completely swap sides and she changes her story of everything she said to me.

"Oh that dress looks so nice on you!"

But the moment my brother walks in

"You look so skinny like a toothpick, I look better in that dress."

She's either two faced for no reason or she prefers to lap up my brothers presence like a dog.

Once I couldn't take it anymore and I ended up crying in front of her for the first time since the drama started. She was all sympathetic but it felt incredibly fake mostly because she reflected all of it off her and adjusted the story to make it look like it was my fault. Even more so when she went straight back to doing what she did just days later. My brother on the other hand, decided to tell every family member what had happened. That I "cried like a baby".

My brother is completely insufferable. I honestly can't stand him. He's crazy and probably a narcissist. Like actually crazy i'm not even joking. But once he steps outside he's this perfect saint.

I don't know what I did to to them or why they are acting like this towards me. But it's gotten so bad that i'm considering packing my things and going. I can't even choose to ignore their words because they always find some way to try to bring me down.

I tried to ignore it for as long as I can, I blasted music in my ears to try not to hear them talking about me and I try to keep my head high and ignore their crap. But now I just can't do it anymore and considering running away, but I know running away i'm just going to be stuck homeless with nothing.

What should I do?
