I need help

I am married. but I have a problem ive been caught cheating on my wife 3 times.....3 TIMES and I want to stop I want to good enough with myself to not make the choice to do bad things everytime I tell her I won't do it again sooner or later I end up going back, please someone help me, I don't want to lose my wife and child
