Just losing my mind
My gf has been going over a friend's house and helps babysit 2 kids but I been having nightmares she going to come back home and say she leaving me for someone younger I don't know why im having them

When we love we feel out of control as our state is dependent on someone else. It is called insecure attachment. My mum sent me to my gran for a week when my sister was born. Very young me learnt love from my mum could disappear.
