That is insane. Your feelings are entirely valid, its incredibly hard to move on after having multiple long term relationship trust get broken at once. You still deserve to love yourself, you still deserve to love other people, you deserve the world. Someone did something horrible to you and its going to take time to move on and become a better version of yourself but you will eventually. Try not to fall into the loop of never moving forward but also give yourself time to heal. It will take a moment and feel free to talk and lean on people like your friends for support. Its going to be hard to put yourself out there again but some people arent that bad and will treat you as you should. Youll be okay, love and best wishes.
