Marriage without conception / children free marriage
Is it possible to get a companion for life without bringing new life to this planet where there are million kids who are suffering?
I want to dedicate this life towards larger interests than/beyond a family.
I love children and parenting. However, I think with the amount of time we dedicate as a parents of 1/2 children, we can impact thousands of orphans.
What's your take on this?
I tried being by myself for couple of years. But, I see that I can be more happy with a companion and confused about how to proceed.
I think that you can absolutely have a childless marriage. It just need to be a discussion that you have when a relationship begins to look serious because that could be a deal breaker for some. If so, you have to respect that but there’s no reason you can’t find a partner that has your same values.
