My world is falling apart

I got a text from my love, she said I'm deleting all my socials thank you for everything, then she gone offline, she does this when she's in too much pressure she avoids talking to people to calm down her self. But I'm missing her so much I'm worried if she is Okey or not, I asked her bestie and she said she did this many times when she's stressed and not in a good mood it can take 1 or 3 months but I'm worried if she will leave me or if she won't come back.

I have exam next month and I can't study I feel like I will fail. I don't have patience for her to come back I don't know what to do
