Narcissistic bitch

So *** fuming being controlled by my narcastic mother so I have recently moved upstairs to get away from her because of all the arguments and she recently found out I was self harming again after 3 years of not doing it and she literally couldn't give a *** about me we have agreements in place that we both made together and both agreed to I said I will still follow the agreement so she will still look after my 2 dogs while I go out otherwise she would keep me trapped in the house never going anywhere well now she saying that she is going to write up her own agreement whiteout my input and I have to agree to it all and do everything she demands I literally can't win coz everything I need and want to do she stops me by saying I have to do what she says all the time it's ridiculous and its just causes me to keep self harming
