New on this platform, I want to talk to people about my life

Forgive me if I'm using this app wrong, I'm discovering the possibilties and I don't understand everything 😅.

I desperately need to talk with people about me, because I feel like I'm stuck in my life.

I know I'm far from being the only one, but I (18 years old het male) never had a girlfriend in my whole life. Relationship status is not something to base a personality on, or to even worry about, but this thought is rooted in my brain and it saddens my life for absolutely no reason. I feel extremely embarassed when love is mentionned around me, I'm self-mocking a lot about my singlehood.

To make matters worse, I study IT and there's almost no girls in the class (I know I'm not the one to be pitied), so I can't even meet girls in my life. I barely go out outside of school, when I do, it's with my known friends and family, so I basically meet nobody new.

I feel trapped and nothing ever changes in my life. I want to discuss this with people here, I don't want to stay sad for nothing like I am.
