Opinions and possible relationship break up

So I read comics books on pirating websites, and those websites have sexual or pornographic ads. I do my best to ignore the ads and x them out but they always come back. Last night o was reading and the ads kept on coming up. And I got tempted by it and I ended up touching my self. But the thing is me and my gf live together in the same dorm. I went to the bathroom to touch my self but I felt disgusted with my self and I ended up closing it out after I finished and went to sleep. I havnt touched myself in over a year+ I left My phone on the tab and when my gf woke up she saw it and got mad. I told her the whole truth and she started to cry and told me to leave her alone. We had talked about this before in the past were I mention it as a joke and she has stated that she doesn’t care but seeing her reaction it a bit different and she has done somthing like this before to me over the phone while i was asleep I’m just worry that she might want to break up after this. I hoped to get any opinions and what I should do
