Partner trust issues
My girlfriends mum left to work in another country when she was 14, when she visited her mum 11 years her first boyfriend cheated / got with someone else. Since then she's had at least 3 short failed relationships with some time on her own in between, one in particular she found him cheating on a dating app after they argued. She has a deep seated belief that I will leave her, cheat, or play emotional games with her like playing hot and cold. If for some reason I am not able to reply quickly enough this happens, even if it's just minutes sometimes. We're in a distance relationship currently. I respond to her quickly and tell her I'm doing something. I try to reassure her but its not enough. Most of my energy is going on trying to convince her I'm not doing anything and love her and won't leave. How can I get her to believe in me?

You sound like a lovely person and a respectful one and a good bf.
I'm sorry that your gf was cheated on, but ultimately, she needs to find a way to process these betrayals and accept that she deserves to heal and be happy.
It's not fair for her to expect you to carry the burden of something that you didn't cause.
You deserve the same energy back , that you are giving out.
You don't deserve to walk on eggshells.
Trust and honest communication is key 🩵🤗
I genuinely wish you the best 🩷🤗
