You both have to discuss what you are comfortable with. Could just be hand holding or hugs or could be nothing at all, at first.

This is unique to your relationship, whatever that it is, some are more affectionate than others.

Nice question. Depends on the situation,  so sad but we need to accept, especially for women. It's from biological health too. I guarantee loyalty is not from this visible things.
